Please contact us at customerservice@poshabyebaby.com and we will be happy to quote you a rate for international shipping. When contacting us, please provide us with the item(s) you wish to order, along with your address, so we may get an accurate quote for you.

Product Availability:
Please note that there are times when some items seen in the boutique may become unavailable or discontinued. Though we do our best to keep the boutique current, there may be circumstances beyond our control that prevent timely updates between ourselves and our designers. If you would like to check the availability of an item, please contact us prior to placing your order. If you place the order without contacting us first, you will be notified within a matter of days if the full or partial order cannot be fulfilled, and refunded promptly.

Delivery:

Some of our items ship within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase. However, since most items are custom made to order, please allow 2-4 weeks for full delivery. If you have any questions as to how long your item(s) will take to ship, please don't hesitate to contact us for an estimated time. Items are shipped via USPS, Priority Mail, UPS or FedEx. If an item will take longer than 4 weeks (unless otherwise noted in the description), you will be promptly notified. Please note that items may ship separately. Due to this, the order tracking will not be updated until the final item has shipped.

Rush Processing and/or Rush Shipping:

Rush processing and/or rush shipping may be available on select items. If you need an item by a certain date, please contact us prior to placing your order to be sure we can accommodate your request. An additional fee may apply for each service.

Sales Tax:

For orders delivered to California, 8.75% sales tax will be added to your order.

Payment Options:

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, PayPal and Google Checkout. Unfortunately, we cannot accept these payment options in the form of gift cards.

Returns:

The Posh-a-Bye Baby Boutique stands behind our product line 100%. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your merchandise, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Shipping charges are not refundable. Returned items must be in their original condition and are subject to inspection. We will not accept returns on used items. All sales are final on holiday, personalized or custom merchandise, including bling items.

If you are dissatisfied with your merchandise and wish to make a return, please contact customerservice@poshabyebaby.com to receive return instructions. While we are happy to work with you on an exchange or a return, we cannot cover the shipping cost of items returned to the Posh-a-Bye Baby Boutique.
