Store Hours:
Our online store is available for shopping 24/7! If you have any questions, please feel free to send us a message through our contact page or through our email address at customerservice@poshabyebaby.com. We are available to answer your questions everyday from 8am to 8pm, PST. If a question is in regards to the availability or customization of a particular item, please allow our response time to include contacting the designer for further information if necessary.
Shipping Rates:
Our shipping is a flat rate of just $4.95 and FREE for all orders over $100, even for large or freight items!
Delivery:
Since we work with designers from all over the United States, and many of our items are made to order, please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery from the date of purchase. Items are shipped to the United States only via USPS, Priority Mail, UPS or FedEx. If an item will take longer than 4 weeks, you will be promptly notified. Please note that items may ship seperately.
Sales Tax:
For orders placed in California, 7.75% sales tax will be added to your order.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and PayPal.
Returns:
The Posh-a-Bye Baby Boutique stands behind our product line 100%. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your merchandise, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Shipping charges are not refundable. Returned items must be in their original condition and are subject to inspection. We will not accept returns on used items. All sales are final on holiday, personalized or custom merchandise.
If you are dissatisfied with your merchandise and wish to make a return, please contact customerservice@poshabyebaby.com to receive return instructions. While we are happy to work with you on an exchange or a return, we cannot cover the shipping cost of items returned to the Posh-a-Bye Baby Boutique.
